than 700 mcg in multivitamins Choline - dose reduced from 200mg to 100mg
based on new research
Chlorophyllin Complex - from 300mg to 150mg Selenium - lowered
dosage from 200mcg to 55mcg because the latest research suggests that
amounts above 55mcg are of no additional benefit Silicon - dose reduced
because lower amounts are sufficient to support bone health
Zeaxanthin - dose was reduced due to the addition of astaxanthin and
lycopene which complete the carotenoid complex
