Managing Fibromyalgia and
Chronic Fatigue
Fibromyalgia is technically described as
non-inflammatory arthritis. It is a condition, for whatever reason not yet
fully established, which affects primarily women. The symptoms of this
condition are many and can vary greatly from patient to patient. The most
common symptom of this condition is the presence of what are often referred
to as 'tender points'. These are located around the neck area, the ribs,
thighs, knees, spine, elbow and the base of the skull. Other symptoms of
fibromyalgia include constant fatigue, chemical sensitivities, yeast
infections, a general compromise of the immune system, and sleep disorders
due to a chemical imbalance in the brain.
Here at the research Institute, we have found that the majority of those
suffering from fibromyalgia also have excessive levels of both systemic and
cellular toxins. In 90 percent of the cases of fibromyalgia we have worked
with, symptoms and discomfort are reduced markedly by putting the sufferer
through a systemic and cellular cleanse. Once this has been accomplished the
use of key nutrients such as malic acid for energy production and glucose
modulation, vitamins E and C for antioxidant protection, Co Enzyme Q10 for
oxygenation of cells, Olive Leaf Extract for pain and irritation, and
dimethylglycine for oxygen utilization.
Further, the addition of 5-hydroxy tryptophan raises specific brain
chemicals, reducing or eliminating sleep disorders while improving mood,
memory loss, headaches, and mood swings - all further symptoms of
fibromyalgia. By combining these key nutrients with detoxification and Full
Spectrum Nutrition, hundreds of fibromyalgia sufferers are find varying
degrees of relief from this mysterious and potentially devastating
condition.
