Under-Active Thyroid: A Better Approach
It is estimated that as many as 5 percent
of the population suffers from clinically low thyroid function and that as
many as another 5 percent have the problem but are either borderline or go
undiagnosed altogether, hence never receiving the treatment they need.
Over the past decade, we have
seen a continual rise in national and international obesity, could thyroid
function be playing, at least, a partial role in this epidemic? The
author thinks that this is exactly what is happening. As more and more
doctors are prescribing the synthetic forms of thyroid hormone, obesity and
difficulty in losing weight for millions of people continues to rise.
Could it be that the synthetic versions of thyroid hormone are less
effective?
The majority of those suffering
from thyroid disorders are women. Millions of women could likely
benefit from some form of thyroid support program and perhaps don't even
know it. In this booklet you will learn about what your thyroid gland
does and you will be able to perform a simple, home test, to determine how
well your thyroid functions.
Whether you are taking thyroid
medication now or not, the targeted nutritional support formula, outlined in
this booklet, can help your thyroid function better, and if you are taking
medication, it can help your body utilize the medications more effectively.
If you have trouble losing
weight, in spite of honest efforts, if you suffer from fatigue, coarse, dry
brittle hair, dry skin, cold intolerance, hair loss, low body temperature or
a constant hoarse voice, you may have a less than optimal thyroid function.
If so, this booklet may change your life.
