Each tablet contains: 25 mg Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxyl-5-phosphate), 150 mcg Folic Acid, 240 mcg Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin), 50 mg Magnesium (as Magnesium Citrate), 66 mg Potassium (as Potassium Citrate), 200 mg Dimethylglycine HCl, 100 mg Acetyl-L-Carnitine, 100 mg Betaine HCl, 50 mg Coenzyme Q10.

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, vegetable stearate, silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, hydroxylpropyl methycellulose.
