Choline is essential in manufacturing Acetylcholine, a very important neurotransmitter. Acetylcholine is used in many brain processes, and may benefit memory recall and brain function.* Phosphatidylcholine is the preferred form of supplementation to provide a stable source of choline, and it’s a component of cell membranes.* Research has shown that phosphatidylserine supplementation improves the release of acetylchoine and dopamine in the brain to improve cognition and memory, and it has a positive impact on behavior.* Magnesium is necessary for choline to be utilized. Supplementation with magnesium tends to improve cognition.* The form of magnesium in Neuro-DMG™ is magnesium aspartate, which means this mineral is hooked up to aspartic acid for better utilization. Aspartate also functions as a neurotransmitter to facilitate nerve impulse transmission.

Each tablet contains: 10 mg Magnesium (as Magnesium Aspartate), 1000 mcg Manganese (as Amino Acid Chelate), 250 mg Dimethylglycine HCl, 200 mg Glutamine, 175 mg Acetyl-L-Carnitine, 100 mg Phosphatidylserine, 50 mg Phosphatidylcholine.

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, vegetable stearate, croscarmellose sodium, silicon dioxide, hydroxpropyl methylcellulose.

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet 3 times daily.
