It contains 800 mg of elemental calcium and trace levels of 74 other minerals that are naturally chelated (organically bound) for maximun assimilation. We’ve added enough magnesium to provide the recommended, 2 to 1 ratio of Calcium to Magnesium along with boron, manganese, Vitamins D & C, beta carotene, and copper for optimal support.
