Glucosamine is an amino sugar normally formed in the body from glucose. It is the starting point for the synthesis of glycosaminoglycans (GAGs), including hyaluronic acid, a main constituent of joint fluid. Glucosamine supplementation can help support the thick gelatinous nature of the joint fluids as well as proper functioning of joints, spinal discs, and other connective tissue.*

This product contains a small amount of sodium chloride as a stabilizing agent (approx. 15mg of sodium per capsule).

One capsule contains 500 mg Glucosamine Sulfate (from Chitin), 15 mg Sodium

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin, sodium chloride, water.

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 3 times daily with meals.
