A dietary supplement to support normal sleep.* Melatonin is a natural bio-rhythm regulating metabolite that is secreted by the brain's pineal gland and has beneficial effects on sleep and jet lag.

Melatonin is non-toxic. However it should not be taken by adolescents, pregnant or lactating women, persons taking cortisone or persons with kidney disease.

One capsule contains 65 mg Phophorus, 3 mg Melatonin, 85 mg Calcium

Other ingredients: dicalcium phosphate, gelatin, water.
