Prenatal
Superior®
One
of the highest quality prenatal multiples available. Gives emphasis
to the form, balance, and potency of each nutrient especially
required during the prenatal period including calcium, folic acid,
B6, B12, biotin, iron and copper, with many
additional nutrients and beneficial herbs. Vitamin A in Prenatal
Superior® is 100% beta carotene, not preformed Vitamin A.
Four tablet formula.
Two
tablets contain 3750 IU Vitamin A (100% as beta carotene), 500

(as d-alpha tocopheryl succinate), 2.5 mcg Vitamin K, 10 mg

450 mcg Folic Acid, 10 mcg Vitamin B12, 300 mcg Biotin,
15 mg Pantothenic Acid, 500 mg Calcium, 15 mg Iron, 113 mcg
Iodine (from kelp), 250 mg Magnesium, 10 mg Zinc, 13 mcg Selenium,
0.1 mg Copper, 3 mg Manganese, 13 mcg Chromium, 13 mcg Molybdenum,
25 mg Potassium, 0.5 mg Boron, 3 mg Silicon (Horsetail Rush),
10 mg Choline, 10 mg Betaine Hydrochloride, 10 mg Inositol,
8 mg PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid), 10 mg L-Cystine, 10 mg L-Glutamine,
10 mg DL-Methionine, 10 mg L-Aspartic Acid, 125 mcg Octacosanol,
75 mg Lecithin, 25 mg Linoleic Acid, 3 mg RNA (ribonucleic acid),
150 mg Mixed Citrus Bioflavonoids, 5 mg Hesperidin, 3 mg Rutin,
5 mg Pectin, 2.5 mg Red Raspberry (leaves), 2.5 mg Nettle (leaves),
2.5 mg Clove (whole clove), 2.5 mg Alfalfa (leaves), 2.5 mg
Parsley (leaves), 2.5 mg Rose (hips), 2.5 mg Chamomile (flower),
and Mint 2.5 mg.
Other
ingredients: calcium carbonate, calcium ascorbate, magnesium
oxide, cellulose, calcium pantothenate, potassium citrate, stearic
acid, zinc gluconate, vegetable stearate, ferrous asparate,
ferrous glycinate, ferrous fumarate, manganese gluconate amino
acid chelates (boron, copper, selenium, molybdenum), chromium
polynicotinate.
As
a dietary supplement, take 2 tablets with breakfast and 2 tablets
with lunch.
