Cran-Clearance? is a 10:1 cranberry (Vaccinium
macrocarpon) concentrate containing the vital acids quinic, benzoic
and hippuric, found in fresh cranberries, and proanthocyanidins (OPCs)
unique to cranberries found to possess an Anti-Adherence Factor that
inhibits the adhesion of pathogenic bacteria to the urinary tract (uroepithelial
cells).
Cranberries and cranberry juice have long been associated with the
maintenance of a healthy urinary tract.
