Suggested Usage:
For age 6 months to 2 years take 1/2 to 1 teaspoon (tsp) daily; for 2
to 5 years, take 1 tsp daily; for 5 to 12 years, take 1 to 2 tsps daily; for
13 years and older, take 3 tsps daily; for pregnant or nursing mothers, take
3 to 5 tsp daily. Or, as directed by your qualified health consultant.
Use with freezies, ice cream, in juices, blender drinks, shakes or
smoothies. Add to puddings, hot cereal, apple sauce after cooking, or over
pancakes and waffles.
