Suggested Usage: Take 1 to 4 tablets per day, preferably on an empty

N-ACETYL-L-CYSTEINE (NAC) has a
biological half-life of 11/2 hours in the bloodstream.

release in the small intestine over a 2-4 hour period in order to maintain
blood levels over a longer period of time.
As an amino acid and antioxidant,
NAC is a precursor to the critical antioxidant glutathione, which is
produced primarily by the liver.
