Suggested Usage: Take 1

Zinc Balance 15 is a synergistic
combination of OptiZinc? brand Zinc Monomethionate and Copper Gluconate in a
15:1 zinc/copper ratio because supplementing zinc without copper may cause
copper deficiency.
The amino acid Methionine is a Low
Molecular Weight Binding Ligand proven to facilitate absorption and
transport of zinc in the human body. Optizinc? has been shown to resist
absorption interference from fiber and phytic acid.
Recent research has indicated that
excess supplementation of Zinc (including 25 mg amounts) on a regular basis
negatively affects immunofunction.
15 mg of zinc daily is considered to be the safe usage strength.
