Suggested Usage: Take 1
capsule every other day, or as directed by your qualified health consultant.

reproductive or prostate abnormalities. Do NOT take Pregnenolone if under age
40, pregnant, lactating or trying to conceive.
Pregnenolone has long been known as a precursor to a variety of compounds,
including DHEA. Pregnenolone is derived from cholesterol with dihyroxy-cholesterol
as an intermediary metabolite. Pregnenolone is metabolized in two directions:
production of DHEA and its metabolites and production of progesterone and its
metabolites.
