On this page, use of the term "Login name", "User name" and "Account name" all mean the same thing. The purpose of an "account" is to retain ONLY your shipTO and billTO contact information when a username / account is set up, so that the next time you shop, you don't have to re-enter this information. Other information (e.g. billing and credit card data) is not stored here and must be entered each time you shop.
Usernames (i.e. login names) CANNOT contain spaces or special characters. YOU CANNOT USE AN EMAIL ADDRESS AS A USERNAME
For most customers, having a username / account is a real benefit since it avoids having to re-enter all the address information on future orders, and it provides us with a more reliable way of contacting you in case of any errors during the ordering process. Customers shopping once only and/or not wanting to have their shipTO / billTO retained for future orders can select the "Place Order Without Account" link.
This user / account registration process does NOT require or ask for credit card information.
Credit card information is requested only during the checkout step when you select your form of payment. When you do pay, your order is processed securely! (please make sure that your browser's status bar "lock" icon shows up as "locked" when you are on the payment page during checkout)

If you have a username and forgot your password, you can enter your username, then select the
button next to "Please Email Me My Password", then click the "User Login" button. Your password will be e-mailed to you at the email address associated with your username/account. We suggest you change your password after you receive your email (it is always advisable to change your password periodically as well as whenever your password is sent with standard email).
