            If you haven't already done so, you will be asked to set up an online account. 
            Although not required, it will make it easier to service your order.

When your order is complete, we will send you an email confirmation. The necessary requisition forms to have your lab tests done will be mailed to you via standard USPS mail.   The "Ship To" information for your order will be used unless it is blank, in which case we will send the requisition forms  to the "Bill To" address.

When you have your lab work done, it will be sent for processing and reporting.  This step should take no longer than a week.  Once the report is complete, it will be sent to you via standard USPS mail.
