International Orders (non-US country code designator)
Please read this web page and our Terms-of-Use Agreement.
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS must add (purchase) the Processing  / Terms item (see below)

1)   All International Orders must include (purchase) quantity 1 of  item Z-INT-TERMS. 

2)   All International Orders must include an appropriate BASE shipping / handling option.

During the "Checkout" procedure, please select an appropriate shipping option for your country.  If an incorrect COUNTRY / BASE shipping option is selected, it will introduce delays to the processing of your order.. 

Base rates have been selected to handle MOST orders.  If actual shipping charges (after final packaging / preparation ) exceed the base amount, we will contact the customer by email and ask for approval to charge the additional shipping.  If the actual amount turns out to be significantly less than the BASE rate, the final order charge will be reduced and/or credit will be issued.

HERE ARE THE CURRENT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING/HANDLING OPTIONS:

3)   BANK / Wire Transfer of Funds

If there is a problem with using credit cards on International orders, note that we accept payments by bank wire / transfer of funds. When making payment by bank wire transfer, please note that there is a $10.00 USD charge (our bank charges us this amount to handle the transfer). 

For "payment option" during checkout, select "check" as the payment option and use 121000248 as the check number.  We will email you the information your bank will require when making the transfer (so, please ensure that your email address is correct on your order!).

All transfers must be in $USD to avoid an  additional currency conversion charge.

Countries we will (acceptable) ship to:
(general guideline only.. we may refuse shipment to any country, at any time, depending on current circumstances)

International shipments are always subject to conditions which vary by country.  Some countries below require an import license and others require a doctor's prescription.  Make sure you know what import paperwork is required and what the duties will be before placing your order (we are not responsible for import duties or special paperwork required by the destination country).  Any expense incurred when merchandise is returned will be the responsibility of the customer. These countries (and others) may pose a problem for importing nutritional supplements
