KAMM-12 Fulfillment

For those of you who have received your KAMM-12 report, we have developed an automated service which consolidates the nutritional recommendations from your report into one order.  Furthermore, you have an option of selecting a one month's supply, an automatic monthly shipment of the items, or enough to last you until your next KAMM-12 evaluation (usually 3,4 or 6 months).

Here's how it works:

1) Order the KAMM-12

2) When you receive your report, there will be a report identifier at the bottom of each page

3) Go to the Online Store and "Sign In"

• If your KAMM-12 report was done elsewhere and you wish to take advantage of the Fulfillment service, you will need to click on "Create New" and enter in the required information such as "Ship To" and "Bill To", and then save.  After this, click on "KAMM-12 Fulfillment".. it will lead you thru the necessary steps to order the KAMM-12 nutritional recommendations.

• If your KAMM-12 report was processed thru us, then all you have to do is "Sign In" and Click on "Basket Contents" (your items were automatically selected for you).  If the contents are correct, you can click on "Checkout", otherwise make corrections to quantity or remove items, then go to "Checkout".  Note that you wish to add items, you'll need to go back to the "Store Front" or "Product List" to add the items to the shopping cart.
