All international orders must include this item.
It represents the $3.00 international processing
fee we charge for international orders. Purchasing this item, confirms you
have read, understand, and agree to our Terms-of-Use Agreement (link can be
found at bottom of page).
Note that this item (Z-INT-TERMS) does not cover
shipping/handling.
The shipping/handling is selected when you
"Checkout". In the step where Shipping Option/Payment Option is collected,
please select the International shipping/handling option BASE rate that best
fits your country: Canada, Europe/Mexico, or Other Countries (e.g. AU, JP).
If you need an order expedited, select International UPS Air Express BASE rate.
Additionally, customer accepts and affirms the following:
1. Customer acknowledges and approves our terms-of-use agreement as documented
in the link "terms-of-use"

2. Customer will immediately contact us at
Customer Support if an order
confirmation email is not received within 24 hours of placing an order.
3. Customer agrees to respond to our email requests for information or approval
and understands that lack of response could result a cancellation of order and
cancellation fee of 10% of order total.
4. Customer is aware of and acknowledges their responsibility for all customs
duties, fees and taxes.
5. Customer verifies that their order does not contain any items which are
prohibited in their country and which does not require a physicians signature.
6. Customer confirms that they are not buying the items for resale and that the
number of items purchased is within the limits of customs rules and regulations.
7. Customer accepts any and all risk associated with shipping method selected
(specifically U.S. Postal Service of First Class International and Priority
International which have
no means for tracking or requiring a signature for receipt and have some
potential risk of damage or loss). More expensive shipping options exist (e.g.
E5 for Global Express or UPS Express Air) if customer does not want to assume
any shipping damage or loss risk.
8. Both ShipTO and BillTO addresses should be identical (differences in these
two fields will cause order delays and may result in a request for additional
identification information such as credit card statement and/or other proof of
billing address). Under most circumstances, we will NOT ship to an address
different than that of the credit card holder / purchaser without additional
documentation and approvals.
9. Customer assumes the responsibility for receiving or making arrangements for
receiving an order. If product is returned because of failure to claim a
shipment or pay the necessary fees, credit for the returned product (less
a 20% restock fee plus any additional return postal fees) will be issued.
Shipping charges are NOT refundable. No credit of any kind will be issued
if product is not received back at the address of origin.
10. Customer agrees not dispute credit card charges on orders which we have processed and
shipped as specified in customer’s online order. Note item #7, above.
11. When customer gives approval for additional charges, such as for shipping,
customer agrees that we will use the same credit card that was used in the original order and the
charge will be made as a separate charge.
