Suggested Usage: Put 1 or 2 tablespoons of NUTRI-FLAX¨ in a glass filled with water or juice.  Stir and drink immediately. Drink an additional glass of water.  Do not swallow in dry form.  Continue this procedure until fully effective; this may take up to 2 to 3 days.  NUTRI-FLAX¨ is safe to use every day.
